What do you need to adopt?
Adopting is a lifelong commitment: the animal becomes another member of the family. That's why the process isn't instant, but careful.
1. Application
Fill in the form for the animal you're interested in, telling us about your home, your routine and your experience.
2. Interview
We talk to you to assess how well the animal and your family would fit together.
3. Meeting the animal
We arrange a meeting so you can get to know each other without rushing.
4. Pre-adoption home visit
Before the adoption we visit the adopter's home to make sure it's a safe, suitable environment.
5. Contract and vet costs
The adopter signs the adoption contract and covers the animal's veterinary costs.
6. Follow-up
We stay in touch and follow the animal's adjustment to its new home.
